Largest and Most Active Auxiliary in the State of New Jersey

Our Auxiliary was founded on June 18, 1956. The Auxiliary supports projects and organizations that benefit all veterans, active duty service members and their families. We are a dedicated group of over 600 men and women who serve those who have given us our precious freedoms.

Post 1963 members along with the Auxiliary, are proud to support our veterans and active duty military personnel. We strive to be an asset to our wonderful Sea Isle City community. We accomplish this through our various endeavors, some of which include:

Honoring all Veterans living and deceased

Donations to Police, Fire and Rescue Departments

Helping our community with food insecurities

Mentoring our youth through scholarship programs

Working with and supporting local scout troops

Numerous donations to programs that benefit our veteran homes

Veteran services and outreach programs

Working with our local government officials and community leaders

Children's Christmas Brunch with Santa and gifts for each child

Participation in Sea Isle City parades and community events

Sea Isle City Memorial Post 1963 Veterans of Foreign Wars was chartered on March 30, 1953.  The first Commander Vincent Mollo began the post with 40 members. Today, Joe (McTire) McLenaghan  proudly serves as Commander to over 220 veteran members.
